Egg Chilli (Anda Chilli) is a common egg starter recipe made with boiled eggs in Corn Flour Slurry (Cornstarch slurry).
This is an Indian egg recipe made with commonly available ingredients in home and is a spicy egg preparation. It can be easily made in 10 minutes.

- Eggs - 4
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
- Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1/2 tbsp
- Green Chilli - 2
- Onion - 1/2
- Green Capsicum - 1/2
- Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 cup
- Salt - As per taste
Directions
Cooking
- Boil eggs and cut them into 4 pieces.
- Mix All Purpose Flour (Maida), Corn Flour, salt and water in a bowl.
- Mix till batter is smooth.
- Pre-heat oil for deep frying.
- Coat egg with Maida and dip in batter.
- Put coated egg in oil.
- Fry till golden colour.
- Add Oil - 2 tbsp on a pan.
- Fry garrlic, ginger, green chillies, onions and green capsicum.
- Add tomato, green chilli, soy sauce.
- Cook for 1/2 min.
- Add some water and corn flour batter.
- Add salt.
- Add fried eggs and mix well.
- Add spring onions.
