Ingredients

Cooking

  • Mutton(Boneless) - 200 gm
  • Eggs - 2
  • Flour - 1 Cup
  • Oil
  • Onion(Chopped) - 1
  • Mayonnaise Sauce
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder(Red Chilli) - 1 tbsp
  • Jeera Powder(Cumin) - 1 tbsp
  • Dhaniya Powder(Coriander) - 1 tbsp
  • Haldi Powder(Turmeric) - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste

Directions

Cooking

  1. Marinate Mutton with powdered spices, salt & oil.
  2. Keep the Mutton in fridge for 30 minutes after marinating.
  3. Heat oil.
  4. When oil is heated, add Mutton for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add powdered spices & salt.
  6. Cover and cook Mutton for 30 minutes on low flame.
  7. Add onions.
  8. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  9. Add Mayonnaise & Tomato Sauce.
  10. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  11. Knead dough with salt, oil & water.
  12. Roll out the dough.
  13. Put the paratha on a pre-heated Tawa.
  14. Cook till color becomes brownish.
  15. Add Oil and cook while flipping.
  16. Cook till brown spots starts appearing.
  17. Break eggs.
  18. Add Lal Mirch Powder & Salt.
  19. Whisk it.
  20. Add oil and then add the whisked eggs.
  21. Cook for 1/2 minutes.
  22. Put Chapati over the omelet.
  23. Cook for about 1/2 minutes.
  24. Put the egg roll on a plate with the egg facing upwards.
  25. Spread Mayonnaise & Tomato Sauce.
  26. Spread some raw chopped onions.
  27. Add cooked Mutton.
