Paneer Paratha is a very common Paneer recipe in India. Paneer Paratha is a common breakfast recipe and street food. It is very easy to make and can be easily made in 10 minutes. The Paneer stuffing is very easy and Paratha making process is simple.

Ingredients

Cooking

  • Flour - 1 Cup
  • Paneer(Grated) - 1/2 Cup
  • Coriander(Finely Chopped)
  • Onion(Chopped) - 1
  • Green Chilli(Chopped) - 1
  • Ginger(Chopped)
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Lal Mirch Powder(Red Chilli) - 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera Powder(Cumin) - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste

Directions

Cooking

  1. Knead dough with salt, oil & water.
  2. Add Onion, Ginger, Coriander to Paneer.
  3. Add all spices & salt and mix well.
  4. Make a bowl like shape with the dough.
  5. Put Paneer stuffing inside the dough and seal the dough properly.
  6. Roll out the dough.
  7. Put the paratha on a pre-heated Tawa.
  8. Cook till color becomes brownish.
  9. Add Oil and cook while flipping.
  10. Cook till brown spots starts appearing.
